Please be sure to carefully read the Information page before you print and complete the Registration Form.

After printing the forms, fill them out and bring them with you when you come to camp.
Churches bringing adult counselors/workers need to have this form DHS-1929 (Click Link for form) filled out (with signatures and a copy of everyones picture I.D.) and sent back at least four weeks ahead of time (to ensure results before camp) to do background checks on all adults who will be around any of the campers.

Camp Dress Standards
In an attempt to please the Lord in all we do, the following rules have been established:
• | All clothing is to fit loosely and Comfortably. |
• | No tight or stretchy materials. |
• | No see-through/mesh clothing. |
• | No clothing with questionable pictures or symbols. |
• | No sagging of pants. |
• | No undergarments are to be visible at any time. |
• | All clothing must be at least to the top of the knee. |
• | All clothing should be neat. (no holes, please) |
• | Shoes are required at all times(except at the lake) |
• | Shirts must completely cover the abdomen and back, even when leaning over. |
Ladies: Please wear modest swimsuits that cover the entire mid-section. A cover-up must be worn to and from the lake. Sleeveless shirts are allowed but must cover the shoulder. For evening services, ladies must wear casual/jean skirts/dresses.
Gentlemen: No jewelry for the young men (excluding watches, rings or medical purpose items). No tank tops. For evening services, men must wear nice pants and a collared shirt.

What to Bring
Bible, pen, bedding, toiletries, towels, ball glove, flashlight, snack money, activity clothing, jacket, camera, "get-down-and-dirty" clothing, evening service cothing, swimming attire, fishing gear, fan, alarm clock, insect repellant, bag for dirty clothes and a big smile.
What NOT to bring
Any form of tobacco, alcohol, books, magazines, video games, music, card games, cell phones, pranks, a bad attitude (Good Christian books are allowed for the trip but must stay on the vehicle.)
